For the past 18 years, I’ve helped people untangle emotional knots, navigate anxiety, heal relationships, and reconnect with themselves—whether it’s through parenting challenges, burnout, or inner confusion.
But beyond the therapist’s chair, I’m also a woman who has stumbled, grown, doubted, laughed, and healed. A daughter, a wife, a mother, and above all—a life student.
I started my career believing I was here to “fix” others. Life gently taught me otherwise. I’ve learned that healing isn’t linear—it’s deeply personal. It’s not about striving for perfection—it’s about giving yourself permission: to feel fully, to be real, and to slowly come home to yourself.
Along the way, practices like meditation, spiritual reflection, and silence have become anchors in my own healing—and in how I hold space for others.
Some days, I’m the psychologist. Other days, I find calm in long walks after a tough session, or joy in laughing with my child about absolutely nothing.
